Removing welfare recipients from the rolls

The new governor of Maine has the best interest of Maine and our country at heart and is fighting back and showing America how it is done. Maine Gov. Paul LePaige just removed 6,500 people from their welfare rolls and is talking about drug testing for those that are still on welfare.
Maine accomplished this achievement by passing legislation requiring all able-bodied, single people without children to either volunteer for 20 hours a week or enroll in an employment training program before they are allowed to receive taxpayer dollars. “We must protect our limited resources for those who are truly in need and who are doing all they can to be self-sufficient,” said the Governor.
Of course, Maine being a state that normally leans to the left, the Liberals are not happy about this new law. Liberals and Democrats are continuing to push the idea that Big Government should take care of the people and ask for nothing but their vote.
The 2016 election will tell just how much America is fed up when more states follow with Conservative wins for governors, Representatives, Senators, and a new Republican or Independent President of the United States. It is time that Government spending stops.
