Progressive vs. Socialism

Is there really a difference between a progressive and a socialist? Hillary Clinton admits she is a progressive and Bernie Sanders admits he is a socialist. Hillary Clinton’s best friend since her university days when she wrote her college thesis was Saul Alinsky. For those not familiar with Saul Alinsky, in 1971 he published a book first named “Rules for Revolution,” later called “Rules for Radicals.”
Alinsky was so impressed by Clinton that upon her graduation from Wellsley he offered her a job, but she decided to attend Yale Law School instead. However, they remained close friends until his death in 1972. They met through a radical church group.
For Hillary Clinton, Alinsky taught that true revolutionaries did not flaunt their radicalism. They cut off their hair, put on suits, and infiltrated the system within. He taught that it was a long, slow, patient process. He taught that the trick was to penetrate existing institutions such as churches, unions, and political parties.
Alinsky pandered to the mob. He pandered to respectability through ministers and bishops. He courted wealthy funders such as department store moguls and newspaper owners. His allies steered Federal money into Alinsky projects. Barack Obama is also an Alinskyite. That tells you that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama share an Alinskyite background. They are both leftists dedicated to overthrowing our Constitutional System. They will go to any length to conceal their radicalism from the public.
Alinsky teaches that there are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a socialist state.
1. Healthcare – control healthcare and you control the people.
2. Poverty – increase the poverty level as high as possible. Poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
3. Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level – That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
4. Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.
5. Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing and Income)
6. Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.
7. Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools.
8. Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.
President Obama has renewed his focus on gun control. About the only thing that has not totally been accomplished during his terms is gun control and Obama is still working on that goal. When you listen to Hillary Clinton, that is also her aspiration. Then she flip-flops. One minute she tells stories of her grandfather teaching here to shoot and the next minute she believes guns should be banned.
